Kanika was very transparent while writing Life Rehab, therefore it’s easily relatable to anyone. I’m usually the person who reads one chapter in a book and will never pick it up again but Life Rehab was an exception. There is a chapter in the book about toxic people. When I read the chapter it was confirmation for me and allowed me to see that I am not the only one who face these issues. This is also an easy read! Another great thing about this book is Kanika ask questions that make you think and examine yourself. I learned that when you examine yourself you are able to identify what your struggles are in order to better yourself. This book is extremely relatable and I would recommend it to anyone.
